Our coaching is highly tactical, without the fluff. We coach all our students on effective online and offline prospecting.

Our students will learn how to properly present themselves across all social media (business media) platforms, and how to create powerful direct-to-consumer content in order generate preapproved buyer leads for partner Realtors.

Additionally, our students master the timeless principles of offline prospecting through effective relationship building with referral partners and past clients.

The coaching calls are fun, challenging, overwhelming, and exciting. They are meant to stretch, but not tear down, our students.
Each student submits their accountability workbook the morning of their respective coaching day which consists of the following:

• “Highlights” Tracker (goals, wins, learns, action item(s), specific coaching question)
• Sales Activity Tracker (SAT)
• Lead Tracker (LT)
• Closing Tracker (CT)
• Post-Closing Tracker (PCT)

All coaching calls are recorded so students can playback any part of the calls.

Not overnight, but most students that do the directed coaching realize results immediately in the quality of their prospecting.

Absolutely! Our expectations are for every student to achieve a minimum requirement of $1M+ in yearly loan origination income in Growth Only and to then pay it forward by coaching others in Growth Only.
